Greg was born and raised in Douglas, Georgia where he graduated high school before moving on to South Georgia College where he began his degree in History. Greg continued his education and graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. Having a desire to practice law, Greg immediately enrolled at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville Florida where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree before being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Greg accomplished this while marrying his wife Brittany and having a newborn child, Dean.
Soon after graduating and being admitted to practice law in Georgia, Greg took the position as the Staff Attorney for the Waycross Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judges for two years. He then continued on to work for the Waycross Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor for the next three years. Greg was able to gain a wealth of knowledge in criminal law as he prosecuted felony cases in front of the Ware County Superior Court. Greg successfully prosecuted two murder cases during his time with the District Attorney’s Office as well as countless other serious felony cases before branching out into private practice.
Today, Greg practices in his hometown of Douglas where he continues to be happily married and now has two children while focusing on criminal defense as he is able to apply the knowledge gained as a prosecutor to better his defense for his clients.
Greg also practices in areas of civil contract claims, divorce, custody, personal injury, and disability.
